Ages U9 - U19 (BY 2012 - 2002)

All participants must register for tryouts.

No cost to tryout or register.


CFC offers teams for players of all ability levels to aid them in their desire to continue to improve and develop as soccer players.  CFC Sound teams compete both locally and in regional events.  The Sound has had numerous players go on to play in college at a variety of levels. Sound players also have the opportunity to play for the CFC United Program.

Coaching Staff – The Sound’s dedicated coaching staff is made up of area high school coaches and former players. In addition to normal training sessions, the staff continuously conducts numerous small group sessions and extra team events.


The CFC Sound program is designed to help players achieve their soccer goals, no matter what those goals are.  Players are given numerous opportunities to train and can tailor the program to fit their busy schedules.

Sound teams will play in a Connecticut league and participate in numerous regional events.

Older players will get the opportunity to play in a variety of College Showcase Events as well as draw on the numerous knowledge and expertise of the over 30 College coaches that are part of CFC.


The Sound will begin holding player evaluations Saturdays and Sundays starting June 20th.


Due to COVID 19 restrictions on training methods and group sizes, prospective players must register and then be given a tryout date and time. The Sound will also accept virtual try-outs.
